The scoped build
We agree a fixed price before any work begins — no day rates, no open-ended invoices. Then we write the call scripts in your business voice, train the receptionist on your services, prices and FAQs, and connect it to the tools you already use.
Everything is tested against real scenarios — the emergency call-out, the price-shopper, the sales call, the 2am website enquiry — before it ever answers a real customer.
